SHIPPING TERMS
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or International Signed For. In most cases orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
We do not base our postage rate on weight like a lot of our competitors. So you can buy as many items as you like and it will cost you one flat rate. As a bonus if spend over a certain amount the postage is FREE! Please see below for postage costs.

Europe Flat Rate - £6.95
Orders over £65.00 - FREE!
Worldwide Flat Rate - £9.95
Orders over £75.00 - FREE!
A signature will be required to receive your parcel. If you are not in a card will be left giving details of where and how you can collect it. For international orders please allow upto 7-10 days for delivery. Depending on value, orders may be split into two parcels.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments can be made using your credit or debit card via Paypal or Nochex(no account required). Your card details will not be seen or held by Milliebethbabywear and will be processed securely by Paypal or Nochex.

GENTLY USED CLOTHING
Our used gently used clothing is just that!. There are no stains or rips and each one is free from any excessive wear. Each item is hand picked so you can rest assured of its quality. All of our babywear and childrens clothing is rated as follows:
- Excellent - As new condition
- Very Good - Slight wash wear
- Good - Some signs of wash wear/bobbling
Please note that items such as fleeces can show bobbling after just one wash.
RETURNS
Milliebeth Babywear trades in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334).
Should you have the need to return an item please inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please state the reason for return and dispatch the item to us within seven working days from receiving the goods enclosing a copy of the original packing slip.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe return of the package, you must therefore, return the item by Recorded Delivery or other trackable service.
If the items are returned to us in the timescale stipulated and in the same condition as they were originally sent a refund will be immediately issued (minus shipping fees).
For goods returned after 7 days we reserve the right to charge the following:
Goods returned 8-14 days a 20% restocking charge
Goods returned 15-28 days a 50% restocking charge
Goods returned after 28 days will not be refunded
International Buyers-when returning goods you must ensure that you complete the return documentation correctly stating the parcel is a return to the UK and not an import. In the event of the documentation being completed incorrectly customs charges may be incurred by Milliebeth Babywear which in turn will be deducted from your refund.
For goods returned from outside the UK we reserve the right to charge the following:
Goods returned after 14-20 days will incure a 20% restocking charge.
Goods returned 21-28 days will incure a 50% restocking charge.
Goods returned later than 28 days will not receive a refund.
For all returns for a refund you must include the original packing slip, your name, address, telephone number and email address.

Customer service is very important to us, but should you have cause to make a complaint then please do so by writing to the above address.
