How can you sell your babywear and childrens clothes at such competitive prices?
As we do not have shop premises we do not have the expenses incurred with running a shop. We can, therefore, pass these savings onto our customers.
What condition are your gently used clothes in?
Clothes labelled as excellent are in an "as new" condition. All others are branded as very good or good condition. There is no stains, rips or excessive wear. All our babywear and childrens clothes are washed in non-biological powder before despatch. See our gently used clothing section for more information.
How safe is it to use my credit/debit card on your website?
All payments are processed securely by Paypal. Your card details are not seen or held by Milliebeth Babywear.
What is Paypal?
Paypal is major worldwide organisation who can allow anyone with an email address to securely pay over the internet for goods and services. Their network builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global, real-time payment solution.
Do I need to open a Paypal account?
You do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to buy from Milliebeth Babywear.
Can I pay with a cheque or postal order?
You can pay via personal cheque or uncrossed postal order. Please email your order and we will reply with instructions.
What does RRP mean?
This was the original recommended retail price of the item.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes we do please see our postage terms for details of free delivery to the UK, Europe and Worldwide.
Do I need to register an account with Milliebeth Babywear?
Yes you do. Please click on the Register button and fill in the required details. You will then be sent an email with a link in order to activate your account. Once you have done this all you have to do next time you shop with us is "login".
I have not received an email containing the link in order to activate my account. What should I do?
If you have not received an email from Milliebeth Babywear before you may find the first one is sent to your junk email box. Please check your junk filters for your activation link.
The password I have been given does not work. How can I login?
The email containing your activation link will also give you your username and password. The password is CaSe sEnsItiVE please be sure to input it exactly how it appears in your email.
What if I forget my password?
Simply click on "lost your password?" link found on the homepage and you will be sent a new one.
Can I change my password?
Yes you can just click on "account maintenance" found on the homepage, to update or change your details.
